Spydertoys I was gonna email you today to see cause I know you would know cause you have them... but one of my other friends who has them too said her 1st eggs looked like that coffee color then got bigger & white as her duck hen laid more? It is waxy & I've never seen this kind of egg in my coop. I really dont think its a chicken egg or a guinea egg, they look different. I found this egg in the same nest box one of my musovie duck hens was checkin out last week. I'll just keep watchin and see if I can catch her in action.

I have some RIR bantams to sell if anyone is interested.They are 09 birds and are laying.All four of them are very tame and will eat out of your hand.I want $40.00 for them.I bought them to hatch eggs under when I had oe bantams but I don't have them anymore.Thanks Tony

Thanks shelley... I got a 2nd one this mornin in the same nest box. I've got another friend who gets greenish muscovy eggs too & when I googled pics. it looked like some of them. So I figured it was... my 2 duck hens have been checkin out the nest boxes for a week or two now.

I also think one of my duck hens has a hidden nest. She wasnt with the rest of the ducks when I went to lock them up from free ranging and they are always together, shes was in the barnyard at evenin feed time. She snuck off this mornin too... I'm gonna really watch her tomorrow when shes comes to eat for breakfast and then sneaks off again.
