[Chicky Chick Mama]

Hi! We live near Owensboro. Got our first batch of "pullets" from rural king in Henderson back in may. Currently we have 17 RIR pullets, 3 RIR cockerels, 2 BO pullets, 2 BO cockerels, 2 black sex-link laying hens and 1 unknown probably cockerel (was supposed to be BO pullet, but it isn't!!). Can't wait for our young ladies to start laying.

The guy I talked to said he had been to the one in Etown the last few weeks, but wanted to see if Shepherdsville had picked up any. From what he said the one in Etown is at the bowling alley where they have the farmers marketand you don't need to be there till around 7:30 or 8:00. He said it is fairly new (not sure if he ment just the animals, or the whole thing), but he said he has done really good there. I plan to check it out in about 2 weeks when my bunnies are ready and incubators hatch.

BTW the one in Shepherdsville is accross from the big flea market, set up is $10 (went up since last time I was there) and you want to get there around 6:30.
