Keokuk Duck Breed?

There is this duck breed in this fake or satire article from 1910 that tells of a duck that eats yeast, quacks, and then explodes; which is called the Keokuk duck. It was said to be bred by Frank Rue, and is described as having a red diamond on its brow, a single blue wing, and a brown tail. From this description it sounds like a variation of muscovy duck. I'm wondering if this is an actual breed of duck or is just a breed created for this article.
