The keyboard on the mobile app keeps disappearing when I type, how do I fix this?

If none of those things help, please come back to this post and reply with all the information requested in that article above, especially:
1) Which browser and version are you using (eg., Firefox 3.5.9, Internet Explorer 7, etc.)
2) Have you deleted your internet cache / browser history of files and tried again?
3) Have you tried a different browser (we suggest Google Chrome or Firefox)?
Ive been having the same issue with the BYC App on my iPhone. I cannot reply to anything due to the reply box and keyboard closing down while im typing. I even tried deleting the App and re-installing it on my phone and that did not work either.
Yep, the site is fine. I tried deleting the iPod app and reinstalling it, but that didn't help either. I'm not sure how to clear the cache on the app either.
Describe your problem in as much detail as possible! Every time I try to reply to a post, search, etc. in the BYC iPod/iPhone app, the keyboard disappears every few seconds while I'm typing, in the middle of words, etc. It's irregular and every couple of seconds or so.
What is the URL of the page that you had problems? All of the BYC app, any forum/search bar.
Did you receive any error messages? If yes, what were they? (please copy and paste the entire message, screenshots are best) Nope, just a disappearing keyboard.
What were the exact steps you took before having the problem? Please be as specific as possible so we can reproduce exactly what you did. Go step by step, provide links, details, clicks, etc. I opened the app.
How long has the problem been happening? When did it start? If only one time, what day and time did it happen? About a week or two ago. It was disappearing once in a while, then gradually got worse and now it's every few seconds.

Have you tried disabling all your browser plugins and/or extensions? (Some of these conflict with website features and tools) Not sure how

ETA- Not sure if this matters, but I'm using iOS 7, not 8.
I'm using ios8. Not sure how you would clear cookies etc from app, but I would assume if I deleted app and re-installed then there would be nothing to clear. I did clear cookies etc in my Safari settings earlier but that did not help. I am posting this from my phone bc it's letting me as of right now. And i have not done anything new to "fix" the problem

Mine is not working again on the App lol. But can post from mobile site on Safari on my phone.

I'm having this issue as well. I love my BYC app but I don't use it as much as I would because it won't let me type anything. I can upload pics if I want though. Here's the info for mine.
Specific device (iPhone 4G, Drod Razr Maxx, etc.) iPhone 4
OS version (see Finding your phone's software version) iOS 8.1
Carrier (Sprint, AT&T, etc.) Verizon
What apps are you currently running - if you're using anything that limits ads or scripts, this is especially important. eBay, Craigslist, Skype, Facebook, BYC
A screenshot, if possible. This is pretty simple on iOS, but on Android 2.3 there's no way to do this, unfortunately. android 4 is generally holding power + volume up for 3 seconds, but may vary by device. I can't get a screenshot because the keyboard just disappears whenever I try to type. No error message.
Reproduction Steps for Bug - be as specific as possible! Every time I try to use my keyboard on the whole app. Search, posting, etc...
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I deleted my cookies and safari history (although it only happens in the app but thought it couldn't hurt to try). Nothing has helped.
I have a Kindle , have no pro men viewing pictures or seeing what has been posted, but I feel there is poor design features. I have a problem finding what subjects I need. I can't seem to be a leader to post or search . I like the post, very educational, just don't like the way NYC is set up.
