I was headed home from work when my wife called and told me that tcs had them. She said if you want some stop by. So I did not give her a chance to back out. She says I am going duck crazy (which I am but that’s ok).

You could vent sex them and tell at any age but I don't like to I wait till they are about 6-7 weeks old and the females start to quack and the males make a rhaspy noise or when they are about 5 months the boys get a curly tail feather.
 
I have heard you can sex them by turning them over and pressing on their bottom but I am not sure. Other than that as far as I know you can’t till they get their adult feathers.
they also start making different noises actually before they grow out the feathers that you can tell the difference between (drakes and hens juvenile plumage look the same). you can google the different noises drakes and hens make ;)
