If it will help, let the kids see you throw the pack away and ask them to help you through this. Kids are wonderful and are full of love for Dad & Mom. They can be the biggest of helpers when you need them.

Maybe, then they will nag you until your hair falls out to keep you from buying a pack. LOL

When you go in a store try to stay away from the cigarette aisle.

I've never smoked but I'm here to hold your hand and keep it away from your mouth holding a cigarette!! You can do it!!!!

I know it can be done because I did it almost 35 years ago...went from to 2 packs a day to zero cold turkey. You just have to remain positive about how much better you'll feel. You'll be very glad you did....just think of all the money you'll save!!

I quit 4 years ago as of Dec 1st. I smoked for 15 years and I have never felt better than I do today.

It is totally posible if you have the right mind set!!!!

If any of you cheerleaders would like to help mentor, give advice, or support I am sure it would be appreciated by those on our Butt Out forum also. This is going to be a hard long road for some and support is always appreciated. We can do this folks!

Tomorrow is 2 years smoke free for my hubby. Smokes went up and he wasn't willing to pay for them any more. My last cig was 16 years ago.
