I'm coming in a bit late here, so you may have already been through this ... but have you tried wraps, like you would do for splay leg in a baby?

no i considered a sling but my setup just isn’t conducive to that type of “intensive care” and the onset was pretty sudden. the flipping just started fridayish so we tried the swim therapy and making sure that he gets plenty of food and water with a little extra TLC. I had hoped to see improvement as i have had birds that I thought i would have to cull that have miraculously recovered but it’s just time to let this one go.

I see a woman - from the hips up - with an open book in the crook of one arm and her hand up as if pointing to or turning a page. She is turned away from the book, looking at someone or something off to that side and her long hair is blowing in that direction. The more I look, the clearer I see her - right down to the neckline of her robe , her eyebrows and her cheeks. Wow! That's so cool!

You may want to spend a few dollars on a basic care book to keep there at the site. Either that, or start a notebook with care guides printed out in it. Putting the info on posters would help, too - and provide interesting information for visitors, as well as volunteers.
This could be a REALLY neat project. If nothing else, you could use it as part of a home-school assignment.

I'm finishing up my article about rabbit care, so I'll print out a copy for the as well as a care guide for their rabbits and setup.
And putting up posters is a great idea. That'll be helpful I'm sure to anyone thinking about getting one after seeing how cute they are

OH!!! I see it now!!! Thanks!! I know you drew it but I went back and looked without the drawing and I see it lol I still like my bird, grumpy dude, and Casper/spirit/gorilla better though

When using imagination, the first impression is usually so powerful that it prevents seeing anything else.

That’s why it took me so long to see it cause all I could see was the dang bird and people lol

I was so damn lost with the whole flipping stuff.
I finally got help so I understand.

It's just all smoky here. Fortunately by the time it gets here from CA, the smell has gone. It still stings your eyes if you're out in it too long, though. Poor birdies.
