Yes that’s one way...or you hold them upside down by the legs, your belly to chicken belly and you position the head in your free hand (like hold the head between these fingers ✌) and then you pull down to tighten things for the final twist of the neck. Dead. Careful though, Bad went a bit Of Mice and Men and ripped a head clean off. I guess he doesn’t know his strength sometimes.

@muddy75 Is this what you use? I just bought it to try the arterial slice but I haven’t done it yet. I love the replaceable razor edge talk about super sharp.
