Yep. Was getting blue screen for a while. I went away, hung up my laundry, checked the birds, and when I came back it was back up.

We need permits here.., I think. The state website is unclear and I'm pretty sure nobody gets them (although they're free & prolly easy to get if you can find the right page to apply). I doubt they care about regulating Cots. It's just "quail, pheasants, etc." all in the same basket & they most likely don't even know they've caught up a domestic breed in the works. At least one feed store sells the more game bird types and their poultry lady told me I didn't need a permit. I think they're supposed to verify you're qualified to buy before selling to you, but they don't seem to know that. Meh. None of my business. I'm not worried about what will cause no harm.

I don't see much of a tan line, no....
I do, however, see some very fainting-couch-worthy material.
