Have you ever made a mistake cutting hair Cindy?

On occasion. While I was in the school I had a lady who wanted an unwanted perm shortened to help it grow out faster. I, um, shortened it all right. She was very nice about it and Mr. Del did a rescue cut, but I've never forgotten it.

When I was a kid my mother had her hair permed and colored in the wrong order and had cotton candy hair, they cut it as short as they could but it took a while for it to all grow out.
