Personally, it looks like a quitter to me. Lack of any veins and the big gap between the fetus and the air cell... Hope I'm wrong.

I know what you mean. LOL My last egg under Momma was suspicious on lockdown. I couldn’t explain why I thought it was done but I thought it was. Waited 24 hours and water tested it. Then took the top off and I was right. (Didn’t go further once I saw soup. )
