I can be listening to oldie country one minute, then video game music, then 70's rock n' roll, then back to video game music, then, say, Toccata and Fugue.
Then back around again.
I usually pick one to listen to in blocks, though.

Yes, I did. I'm taking a few high school classes already but technically I won't be in high school until next year.

I’m the same way except for me it’s usually like pop punk or rock to pop or dance music to like slow sing along stuff or indie or whatever or Disney music and old rock or whatever lmao today it’s heavy on the pop punk and sing along and the upbeat fast stuff lol

I'd suppose that it's less about the age and more about the maturity of the person. Maturity often comes with age, but not all the time.
That being said... yeah, y'all can be pretty rowdy sometimes.

Yeah, true. I’ve known kids way more mature than a lot of adults haha besides, middle school is hardly a small child
