And 5 years worth of regret

5 years ago I realized that my email account was starting to get cluttered with all the random 1 time use accounts, and things I’d signed up for over time. I unsubscribed from them all and came up with a plan to prevent it from happening again in the future.

The next time I signed up for something, I didn’t use my actual email address. I used one that couldn’t POSSIBLY be real... right?

Turns out [email protected] is someone’s (a company’s) ACTUAL and PROFFESIONAL email address (!!!) I don’t know how I didn’t catch onto that after 5 years, If it wasn’t a real email address then why does it work?
Well today I looked up “georgesmith.com” and MY GOD ITS A COMPANY. I HAVE SPENT 5 YEARS SENDING THEM JUNK EMAILS. WHAT HAVE I DONE.

I’m very embarrassed but I haven’t laughed so hard in my life

we have one that hangs around here. Big one. LOL. Cat lady feeds all the strays, then gets upset that a skunk is eating the food. She doesn't realize they run around together.
