I cannot imagine how wonderful that would be. :p :sick
I wonder if one could market that...onion flavoured milk...a plant based alternative. 🤔
(The cows "would" be eating plants...soooo, plant based, right? :D

You have WILD onions?? That's one thing we don't have. At least in this part of the country.
Milk is made of grass.
Cocoa comes from a bean.
Sugar comes from cane.
It's all plant-based.
That means Chocolate is a SALAD.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

Used to keep primarily saltwater. Been taking a break from that for the last 8 years though.

Keep telling myself that one day I'll drag one of the tanks back out and set it up again.... I'm still enjoying the simplicity of fresh water though.

What do you have in your nano? Love all nano tanks.

It is a 20 gallong FOWLR setup (no corals). When we adopted the tank there was a pair of maroon clownfish, a yellow-watchman goby, 2 zombie snails, and a fighting conch. Since then we have added two blue-legged hermit crabs and a candy stripe pistol shrimp. The shrimp bonded with the goby immediately which was super cool. They are besties now :D

Of course it has to be whole milk. Whole milk makes everything so much better. Do you know how disgusting hot cocoa made with skim milk is?

Even so, milk as a drink is not something that I care for. The fact that too much milk products in my diet makes me feel poorly doesn't help. It also doesn't help that a bowl of cereal with milk causes me to have flatulence for the rest of the day.

Of course one must save room for good ice cream.
I usually make my hot cocoa with almond milk -- fewer carbs than regular milk. I sometimes put a splash of cream in it, though.
I used to make it with half milk -- whatever kind -- and half water, but now I just go with straight almond milk, with a little hot water to dissolve the cocoa in.
