Not midgets--just small. The minis are super expensive and rare. They're Scottish Highlands. The white one is Eden and her calf is Chloe. I sold the rest to a young family trying to get into organic farming. I just didn't have enough land for them all. Life is like that sometimes.

I was mainly making joking that she needs to cook that rabbit. I don’t raise rabbits (yet) so I rarely get to cook them but my favorite is chicken fried rabbit with red beans and rice on the side.

That’s a smoked Boston butt. It’s supposed to look like that. Apple wood smoked at 275 degrees for about 14 hours or until the internal temp hit 203 to 205. Perfect!
