Juicing.

I juice daily.

But when it gets hot out, I find myself going for 2-3x a day juicing.

it’s so refreshing. Sometimes you really can’t drink enough water-I find the sweetness/other elements with juicing do wonders for a pick me up.

Different by same thoughts as a switchel...but those have more bite.
