My Thai friend taught me how to make Thai curry. My old Thai pepper plant died, but I have a new one growing, so I'll have peppers again soon.

I wish I could make it from scratch! I have a wonderful curry book around here somewhere with 660 curries, but sadly am so busy I haven't been able to really dive in yet.

**looks around and says quietly** Sometimes I just sniff my bottled curry varieties because they smell sooooo good!! Don't tell....k?

I got nailed in my bobcat using the brush hog yesterday.

Not long after I moved here I went to grab an old pallet in the barn and before I could even blink I was nailed by 9 of them on the back, legs, and arms. Things looked a whole lot of fuzzy the rest of that day.
