I finished watching all of th episodes of the Indian Matchmaking show.
I PEED IN MY PANTS while watching one episode.
I actually had to rewind it and watch parts of this particular episode again.

Just watch episode 5 and pay attention to Akshay's mom.

we’ve got jalapeños and serranos etc getting huge because we can’t pick them fast enough!! we’ve eaten a ton and frozen some.....i’m looking for a needle/thread to string up and dry some of the serranos and whatever that other chili pepper is that we planted!! we also threw some jalapeños in the jar with the cucumbers we pickled. and ours is a very small garden....Dad just told me that sis just finished canning like 80 quarts of green beans and BIL had to order a ton of new lids because they are in short supply. He also just finished like 3 different kinds of pickles???

You can pickle the jalapenos by themselves. I used my sweet pickle recipe for a jar of jalapenos. They are very good. I made them in about 3/16" round slices.

no my weekend officially started at 5pm!! the only “work” i have planned is the usual weekend errands, gardening, animal chores, etc!

as far as my anniversary plans......i had already blocked off our anniversary on the schedule so we are considering a “road trip” in the Fifty!! leaving thursday to eat seafood and spend night in pigeon forge, then backroads through smokey mountains to cherokee north carolina then on to run the tail of the dragon before heading home on Sunday......

If you bring the boat, bring paddles! Just saying.
