Completely separate room. They have toilets that have a faucet that runs when you flush them too. The water runs kind of like a drinking fountain over the tank, then runs back into the tank to flush the toilet. That way you don't even need a sink.

I've eaten deer without freezing it many many many times in my life. We usually fix the back strap for dinner like Conan said the same day we process the deer it's kind of tradition in my family.
