A few years back two Chinese made phone brands sold on Amazon were discovered to contain malware (pre-installed) that was sending all of the data on those phones to a server in China every three days. I'm inclined to believe that data theft claim.

I don’t buy their claim they “accidentally” included the software on the phones. How do you just accidentally install an entire program like that!?

If you do any banking on your phone or pay any bills or buy anything off of Amazon where your credit card or bank account info is stored, you might be compromised.

Oh wow that’s terrifying!! I never even thought of that! Thanks for the heads up! Thankfully I don’t have that app on my phone but I guess I won’t be installing it!! I don’t do banking on my phone either (prefer going to a bank ) but do use Amazon. I’ll be careful for sure.

What do you have on your phone? Everything that you have on your phone. Contacts. Phone numbers. Banking info. Email accounts. Password keepers. Grocery lists. The list goes on and on.
