Yeah by here I was meaning US. Sorry, should have specified hah I just Googled Tik Tok and saw some articles about it. I didn’t realize it was Chinese owned. And apparently some think it’s a spyware or something? Which I didn’t realize. But to me and I’m sure most people it’s just a funny video sharing thing like Vine was. Idk. I didn’t even realize it was possible to ban apps

A few years back two Chinese made phone brands sold on Amazon were discovered to contain malware (pre-installed) that was sending all of the data on those phones to a server in China every three days. I'm inclined to believe that data theft claim.

Me too. I'm sure they're not the only ones doing it, either. They're just the ones that got caught!
