Definitely keep an eye out for sure!!! These ones have wing feathers so maybe a couple weeks old? Still pretty small though. But the guy at the register said their manager wants to get rid of them. He actually didn’t even know they were so cheap 😂 he was like oh the half price ones!? They’re way cheaper than that 😂 they’re normally like $4 I think lol and $2.50 for straight run. They were selling almost as soon as they got them in so everyone must have chickens now 😂

Yeah it sucks! 😭😭 cause I could probably sell them for $10-$15 here at least as pullets or even if I did like $5 baby chicks I’d still make money on it but I can’t. 😭 we have the room to put them in a completely different area where the chickens have never been and I don’t even think the air carries that far BUT I’m sure I would still track it on my clothes or shoes or something even with being super careful. I could have eggs coming out my ears though. :D

I'm so sorry about your job. It really is crappy for everyone, which you'd think would lead to more empathy for each other, but clearly not.
Amen to being thankful for what we have!
On the bright side, hubs HAS an awesome job, online school means more time spent with puppy, and vet school applications no longer require the GRE. 🙂

No GRE is awesome!!! That test is hella expensive and super weird. Way to focus on those silver linings twin :highfive: :hugs

Like someone else said for that price it would be worth it to resale them when they got bigger.
We have an auction close that can almost always bring $1 a chick for any chick. Thats what I would of done.
