Kiki's White Trash and or Nerdy Birthday Bash Funeral

I had one that abused it a bit, too, but I'd rather he go out a few extra times than leave a surprise in the front hallway! I don't think Crazy Dog will ever learn the bell trick, though. She's just too ADHD. Luckily, she's in and out a LOT and is very good in the house. Her "accidents" aren't of the potty type. They're more boredom- or sulk-induced ... "Hey, naptime's over but the door's still closed. Let's destroy this pile of papers on the far back corner of the desk ... then we can drag the cat box around the living room for a bit ... C'mon ... it'll be FUN!"
That’s true!! Although with Gator he was constantly wanting to go in and out all day and he didn’t even have a bell lol oh I wanna go out wait no I don’t wait yes I do 😂🤣🤦‍♀️

And oh gosh!!! Does she have a crate? Did you ever get that book?

Oh and I’m now pretty sure cool Aunt Beauty is going broody so I guess she does want her own babies after all 😂🤣 either that or she just wanted to lay near her “family” lol

I finally caved and bought the damn baby gates @BantyChooks
Spent all day yesterday deep cleaning the carpets. It's too much for him, I don't know what we expected. He lives on the kitchen tiles now.
So yea, we are essentially doing a hard reset on potty training. My kitchen entrances are jam packed with boxes until the gates arrive.. an obnoxious symbol of my failure.
Evolution is not a failure. You just evolved to a new approach.

Oh no! I’m thinking maybe he’s somehow conditioned himself to thinking the carpet is a toilet? So I’m thinking it might help to maybe go back to basics a bit with him and retrain tomorrow break that association? :fl and in the meantime maybe tethered to you or in a crate or baby gated room?
This is really good advice, Kelsey.
