This is a good point!!! And I do actually kind of like it when I’ve gotten up early because it’s so quiet and peaceful.Start with going to bed at a reasonable hour. Getting up early will follow soon enough.
I started out as a night person. I preferred working graveyard shifts over day shifts. If I saw the sunrise it was because I was still up and had not gone to bed yet.
It took time but I learned the value of being an early riser. I learned just how much more you can accomplish in the early hours of the day especially if it is the hot days of summer.
Mornings can be the most beautiful time of the day if you aren't in bed sleeping.
Now, I am up before the sunrise every morning. I get more accomplished in the first few hours than during most of the rest of the day.
Or just knowing how to fall. I tripped and fell today. At first the only thing I was concerned about was dumping the bowl of azomite I was carrying. I tossed it out in front of me and landed properly without any problems and just needed to clean up the spill.Being flexible can save you from injury, though. I know this from experience.
It does but I’m always tired in the mornings and take forever to wake up no matter what time I go to bed.I 100% agree with this. Morning rocks.
So are you!She is a cougar m!
I'm stuck in slow motion tonight.
