I was out working in the pens and noticed one of my hens out in the yard running around with something in her mouth so I went to see and this is what I got from her.A baby rabbit!

I have to say chickens eat the "grossest" things (if that's a word)!!! I don't tell anyone (other than family) that my girls eat mice! Especially baby mice if they can find a nest...that's kind of gross to me! but the chickens act like it is a tasty snack!!! Makes me laugh just thinking of the "interesting" conversations that could happen at a farmers market--hmmm and "what do your chickens eat?" oh it's ALL organic, very Natural, lol
