Her name is Lucky and she was a rescue. When she was a puppy somebody attached a chain around her neck and allowed it to grow into her neck! I can't imagine the pain she must have been in. She was very skittish when we got her and had no "pack" skills at all. She still has some issues but is pretty much one of the hounds now.
