KNEE SWELLING

14 weeker,the smallest hopeful hen we have....just noticed this swelling. Only chicken to have it, she's having no issues walking, running, or flying, eating and drinking normal....

What do you think? I'd assume vitamin B would show through all of them.

How does the swelling feel—soft or hard? It looks odd. If she were limping, I would think it was broken, but since she is not limping, I would wonder about a tumor. Does the swelling seem to be at the hock joint?

I'll have to check in the morning. Initially, I didnt want her to freak out and hurt it (more?) while trying to get away from me

That is unusual swelling. Could be infection or tumor maybe?

The knee is hard but not warm or hot to the touch and not red.
