Knit, crochet, or sew?

I do all three (and a bunch of other types of crafts too). I've been sewing since I was a child making doll clothes, and I've made so many of my own clothes including three wedding gowns (one was a convertible beach gown that resulted in a bathing suit beneath everything else; one was a mermaid style with the bottom and long train covered in white feathers; one was a convertible ball gown with an enormous gold bustle that could be removed to be used as a cape.)

I started out knitting but eventually taught myself to crochet instead because it's more fun and portable. Like many others, I have two toddlers who don't let me use pointy implements haha so I haven't done much lately but I made everything for their nurseries including clothes, toys, blankets and more.

At the moment, I'm working on a pair of crocheted shorts for a bathing suit cover, and I just finished making my very first chicken related project - I made a Silkie!!!!

We need pics of that!
