Knowing when to rehome, cull or keep trying?

I had a red star that just wouldn’t stop harassing every hen I had..no matter the “jail time”....we rehomed her and visit her frequently, in a flock as big as the one she’s in now, she found a balance, and doesn’t act all mean, still comes when I call her to...but I’d rather her be there and happy.... the bielefelders were getting so stressed from her they stopped laying for a while.

Thank you for encouragement! I called a friend who took my rooster and she was thrilled to take laying hens! She absolutely loves Oscar and gives us updates and allows us to visit him so keeping up with these girls will be quite easy. She's even offered to pay for some pullets if we decide to hatch more. I'm hoping Oscar and the reds recognize each other and they become part of his harem.

She currently has two roosters who have split the flock and somehow live together in peace. Lol I think my girls will be quite happy and I have less guilt because they will add nicely to her egg selling business which helps fund her retirement and small acreage in the country.
