Hey thanks for the welcome note. I have a variety of chickens, you mentions cochins, I have a white cochin that is the sweetest rooster ever, one of my favorites.

I have black, splash, red and something I thought was partridge. I bought them off of another guy and they are not real friendly. But they are not crazy either. I have an Americana that is crazy.

When I was a kid my mom bought me and my sister two chicks a piece at the feed store, for Easter. I have four kids and figured I enjoyed it growing up, I should get some for them. I got a mix of chickens actually got 10, and found out later on , they were all roosters.LOL. So now we are down to 7 roosters, and 7 hens, and got eggs in the incubator, and order some day old chicks coming in Feb.
