I cant say if it is a Roo or hen, growing saddle feathers, hen stance, big comb, cant tell, but I am leaning towards Roo, but I’m not 100% sure

I suspect that's a rooster, but it's hard to tell at this point. It does have some hen-like characteristics as well. I think you'll have to wait a little longer to be 100% sure.
