Labored Breathing, Drooping wings

I’m a first time chicken keeper. I have my first flock. I am having issue with one chick. She’s breathing very hard and her wings are dropping. She stands in one spot and labors very hard to breath. She eats, sleeps, drinks, and try to move around with other chicks but she still comes back to doing this. Please see attached video.

Can you feel anything that's like an air bubble or air trapped under her skin around the wings or abdomen?

I feel something like that but was thinking maybe her crop is swollen?

You may want to investigate further - determine if it's the crop or if there's an air pocket under the skin.
