If it's been a while and they become symptomatic, then you can use the Tylan50. If it's a short period of time, then consider a different antibiotic.
Some folks that have an MG+ flock use Denagard (Tiamulin) for 3 days each month to help keep symptoms under control.
Hopefully once they recover you won't have any more issues, but it's possible that it may spread through your existing flock and you'll need to treat the ones that become symptomatic now. Any new birds that you bring in, will likely become sick too. So...most keep a closed flock - they don't bring in any new birds and definitely don't sell /give away any birds or hatching eggs.
It really stinks to have to do that, but otherwise there's a good potential of spreading the illness to someone else's flock.
