Ladies, at what age

Ok, I've got to make a trip to Sally soon, don't need any gray hair interventions going on!

Sigh... I think I'll color until I'm 50... or 60... or until Jesus takes me home!

I'm still kicking and screaming. I'm 43.
My 16 y/o son was in an auto accident on 12/6 and received a TBI. Needless to say my whole world has turned upside down. I haven't cut or colored my hair since then, and ugh it's grown out so awfully gray! I need a cut so bad that I've refused to let myself color it until I get a cut. This thread has made me decide not to put off an appt. any longer!

Most of my gray hairs are fine and curly, and the "baby" ones want stick up on the top of my head and wave at the world around them.

I am 50 with only a few strands of gray.

I want to be gray. To me it looks silly not being gray at my age. Sakes. My thinking is who really cares? I got asked once if I color my hair. "NEVER" Can't be something I am not. YOUNG.

I like people with gray hair, unless their natural color is very pretty and the gray tries to mask it

I am 45 and i have never colored my hair. It infuriates my sister!

It has a good sprinkle of gray in it but not enough to make me think of coloring it yet. My father was 64 when he died and he had a little gray at the temples and that was all.

DH on the other hand is younger than I am and looks younger than that! He has gray hair, but he's blonde so you don't even see it!

We get old they get distinguished!

Thankfully enough I will never have to fight that battle totally. My mom is 66 and you can't see the gray unless you are hugging her. My grandmother died at 82 without a full head of gray hair.

This is the same problem I have. My hubby is 6 years younger than me and a rather cute little thing, too. I refuse to look old just yet. Just a couple of years ago I could still pull the greys. I woke up one morning with too many to pull, however. Right now I just dye mine when he will be home (which has been every 6 months) but when he gets back from Turkey it will be a constant battle. Thankfully my skin is cooperating wonderfully and I have less wrinkles than many women in their 20's.
