Still waiting here, maybe tomorrow or Monday I assume since you ordered a day prior to me. Did your tracking number ever update through USPS? Mine continues to say “pre-shipment” and a label was created, but still awaiting the package to arrive at the carrier facility in Greenboro, NC.
Definitely small, said he hired a few part timers in an email to me. I’ve done a lot of research on these doors and by far this seemed like my personal favorite, but the lack of timely responses and only contact being email(or social media if you have an account) has really made me regret this purchase. The original email after purchase and the website both stated a 3-4 week delay due to covid, not 6 weeks. I feel like I’ve gone this far so rather then asking for a refund, ordering a different brand and getting it in a week from now, I’ll stick it out for a few more days hoping that the door will be as good as advertised.
I will keep this in mind if I need to request a refund and order a different door. Thank you
Every night I’m going out and drilling a board over the hole I cut for the door. Hopefully the screws for the door don’t line up with existing holes made lol
