The smokewolf stood in the center of them, the soldiers behind them snarling furiously at Eko. "First tiers, destroy him!" Only about five soldiers began tearing into the pup's flesh, breaking bones. Otulissa, Nyra, Damek, and Arcturus began tearing at the pup as well.

Garron, Daruk, Faedon, and Haylei began to help rip the pup.

"That's good." The smokewolf smirked once the pup had nearly every bone in its body broken. "FanDance, take him to the ledge." The horse nodded and grabbed the pup by his back leg, flying over the canyon and to a ledge. She placed him there before nodding, signalling the soldiers to come over. The smokewolf led the soldiers over to a wet cave, with wet white bricks on the floor and hard stone on the ceilings and walls. A few higher areas from the stone were covered in grass, dewy. Water dripped from the ceilings, giving the floor a thin layer of water. The smokewolf ordered the soldiers inside while it sat on a nearby dry ledge.
 
"Begin." The smokewolf chuckled. The soldiers began snickering, then chuckling, then completely laughing hysterically. The cave was designed so that if there was enough laughing, the walls would rumble.

The walls soon began to rumble, leaving the pup struggling to stay on.
