I believe he's choking, & the food is further down it's throat explaining the swollen lump, coughing, & not being able to see the food down the tube.

Yeah I’m gonna do that tomorrow if they make it through the night. Currently almost midnight :/ thank you for your assistance though im really worried about them

We have like kinda big syringes we’ve used for force feeding liquid food before, we just squirt a little at a time. Would that be okay?
