Lame 2 week old turkey poult with swollen throat

My guess is he swallowed something that is now stuck in the esophagus. I would try to get some coconut oil down him or egg white, which would be even better. But whatever it is that's stuck, may not make it through his gizzard. I have a hunch this little guy may be dead by morning.

If he makes it through the night, a vet might be able to surgically remove the obstruction.

He made it through the night, he’s not eating and getting thinner. I asked my mum if we can take him to the vet (i raise my poultry myself) and we can’t afford it, plus she isnt sure if our vet will take poultry. I’ll try coconut oil and egg white now.

Given him coconut oil and used the syringe to give him a mixture of crumb and water which he seems to be able to swallow. I think things can pss through because he was pooping water yesterday (he pooped white stuff earlier) but I haven’t seen him eat alone. Throat is still sticking out oddly.

Update: force fed him with the syringe more for a while until he started spitting it out later on. But he is starting to eat crumbs off the floor!
