Hi
I am new to chickens. This hen (1 of 5) is a mixed breed, about 6 months old. About a week ago she stated looking lethargic, not staying with the flock. Yesterday I discovered her in the coop, unable to move her legs. She is warm and alert, eating and drinking, normal stool. Feed is a mixed chicken grain, plus free range.
I have isolated her inside the house with food and water.
Any advice greatly appreciated!

Welcome to BYC. Sorry about your pullet. Do you have any pictures? Is her feed a chick starter grower or something like scratch grains? Do you have the name of it? At her age sudden lameness might be from an injury, a vitamin deficiency, or Mareks disease. I would use some human vitamin B complex 1/2 tablet daily crushed onto food, or give her a chicken vitamin that contains riboflavin (vitamin B 2) on the label every day for a couple of weeks.
