Langshan or Dorkings for meat?

I've Dorking years ago and the taste very good. However, they growth pretty slow and not a lot of bloodline available. I have eaten 7-8 that came from breeder Duan bloodline. The best choice for meat is White Bresse, which taste as good as Dorking and growth much faster/bigger. I started working on Ixworth x Bresse last month. Hopefully, the White Bresse taste flavor still there with the cross.
