If he is decent, I would love for him to go to someone who wants him for something besides eating! It is raining here today and everything is grey and dreary. I looked out the window and there he was parading around with his beautiful white feathers and red comb & wattles. He had such a sparse tail for so long and today was the first time that I realized that his tail has grown. He brightened my day! Hopefully, tomorrow there will be a break in the rain and he will cooperate with the picture taking.

It looks like we are going to have rain today through Sunday. I may have to wait until next week to take pics of my white boy. Hopefully, his beautiful white feathers won't be all muddy by then. Yesterday afternoon while it was raining, my daughter and I had a cup of tea and watched the BBC version of Pride & Prejudice. I love Colin Firth! Today, I have all kinds of house chores to do in order to get ready to put up the Christmas tree and decorations. This morning, my chickens are barely venturing outside of the covered run. They usually don't mind the rain and only hang out in the run or under the bushes when it is raining hard.

WAY too early to judge him yet. He will probably get a bit more lift to that tail. I do like his leg feathering and the dark blue color!

Well she seems healthy, we're hoping its just an awkward phase that she'll grow out of, our other three are normal looking.

I'm sure she will. Sometimes they go through that awkward stage...and stay there for awhile! haha! Just remember this when she is a grown up and classy lady!
