large bump on my black and white Easter Egger getting larger...

As you may have seen before this thread, I posted on how I have a large marble sized bump on my Easter Egger, and ever since then, the size has only progressed. the large bump on her comb has become redder, larger and has a small new white growth on it. I have heard it could be a tumor or a cyst, but Im worried it could be potentially fatal to her. should I remove it somehow? should I take her to the vet??

NEED suggestions and help!!!

can you give me any advice? its scabby and large, as you can see...
 
Looks to me like normal comb enlargement, also the color gets redder as hormones surge in spring. Combs have 2 purposes with the main one being a visual sign of fertility, and health to other birds, especially the rooster. The other is to help displace heat. Combs enlarge in warmer weather and shrink in colder weather. I see nothing to worry about.
