Large bump

Can anyone tell me how i should treat this bump..Im not sure if its from being pecked so hard or if its an abscess..the bump is hard and can be moved around..she is eating and acting normal..ive been using the no pecking lotion on her head but its not going down..shes had this for about 1 week

Unfortunately, I have no idea. Could it possibly be scar tissue??? I sure hope someone will respond and let us both know. Until then, I will follow this... Good Luck..
