Cochin LF partridge in Europe...

In europe it is a popular color, but still needs a lot of work on them. The males are a bit high and their color could be better. The females their lacing isn't that good and they are a little bit small always. I will be crossing them with my big broad barred male from my other posts with an attempt to get them better.







He looks a little bad sad like a dog...

I am so loving having my LF cochin chicks. I have 18 of them at the moment, but will be scaling back soon. They are just getting now where I can kinda, sorta tell boy from girl.

Here are the feet of my 1 mo old blue pullet. Love them!!

he is quite dirty but here is my 8 month mottled boy. he is HUGE!
 
Wow Brady j that rooster is beautiful! My partridge boy has a droopy tail. If he had a nice tail lift he would be fantastic. Can't wait for more pictures of your birds! :)
 
Does anyone have LF Partridge Cochins in the Michigan/Indiana area? I'm really interested in getting some and am having the hardest time...

I am also looking for some LF Cochins in any color other than Blue, Black or Splash.

Can I share some of my babies? I would love to hear your thoughts. They are a month old. I have a total right now of 2 black pullets and 4 blues and I have 9 roos (ugh!!) in black and blue. Just wondering how they are looking and if I am off to a decent start? These are my first LF cochins.
