No. It means they are not Silkie feathered. it means they crossed birds to Silkies in order to get larger black skinned birds. Because Asian meat markets prefer black skinned birds. F1 Silkie crosses do not have two copies of the gene required to lack the barbels that create the silkie appearance.
 
No they do not have silkied feathers. The description clearly states that.
Pics are wrong. Another example of how little hatchery employees know. They can't even get the right pics with the right birds.

Raggy rough back feathers, somewhat silkied. Found more meat silkies.
