Largest nicest breed?

Not sure if this is the most appropriate forum for this question (feedback please if its not) but...

What do ya'll think is the largest and best tempered breed I could bring into my flock? I'd get a kick out of having a real monster around but I'm not interested in having an aggressive bird in the flock. I've got a really nice groove going with little competition even though I'm a bit rooster heavy right now.

Any favorites come to mind?

I've got a good sized house for the flock (12 x 12 with only 13 chickens in it right now) and the kids free range all day, every day.

When I saw the title my first thought was Jody's birds

I have never seen larger birds than hers.
I did not touch the birds but her family was nice

I have some pretty huge orpingtons but I dont know if I would call them monsters. They have a great temperment.

I like White Broilers! I have four that I rescued from a chicken house, and they are just big sweet teddy bears!

I only have four chickens, so I'm no expert, but both my Light Brahma and my Buff Orpington are pretty big and very tame.

I was going to say Jersey Giants! They are so sweet-or at least mine are and you won't get bigger

We have them in black blue and splash all very calm.
