Last 3 days before hatching question

I have my eggs on an automatic turner. When getting ready for lock down, can i move the eggs off the turner on the the wire rack (with paper towel on rack) after throughly washing my hands? i hate to see them hatch on the turner.

Yes, take them out of the turner.. But many do not use the paper towels , me included, The babies need a firm surface to gain their footing and in my experience paper towels cause them to slip and slide.. I use the rubber shelf liner.. I always seem to be able to find it at the second hand stores or you can get it at dollar tree..
