Last egg won’t hatch

I had a very successful hatch today. 10 out of 11 have hatched. The eggs ranged from 3/8-3/11. I set them on 3/11. I have one egg dated 3/8 that hasn’t pipped. I thought it might be dead, so I candled it a few hours ago and saw movement. I’m going to wait 24 more hours and then what should I do if it doesn’t hatch? The other ten are happily in the brooder.

When you candled, does it look like it has internally pipped? It's still day 21, so it might just be running a bit behind the others.

I haven't had great hatches myself, and have had some pip but still die. Just make sure its not too hot or cold and just wait it out, maybe. Keep in mind that even if temps and humidity seem right, sometimes you still come across a weak or sick chick that wont pip or even hatch... In thay case, not much you could have done. If the chick does happen to die, you can search for some resources to help troubleshoot why it may have died. (For example, lots of my chicks die in the egg at day 20, likely because my bator might be too hot. Im still trying to figure it out.)
Congrats on the 10 hatching though! I wish I had that great success lol. Let us know what happens! Like mentioned above, could just be a late chick. I've had chicks hatch on day 23. I was very surprised.

It is internally pipped. I just candled again this morning. I thought I’d go to bed last night and wake up to a hatched chick, but no such luck. When I was candling it just now it peeped in my hand. There’s still hope. I reloaded the incubator with water to get the humidity up. And now we wait...

Say hello to Slowpoke Rodriguez. Finally made it out a full 20 hours after the last one. My first hatch ever and I have 100% hatched. Now I hope they make it to adulthood.

Congratulations, Welcome to the world slow poke..lol, I've had hatches be as early as day 19 and as late as day 23..
