Late hatching.

Make a very small safety hole. There is plenty of YouTube videos as well. 24 hours is not to long, so be patient

how big are your air cells ?
If really big they may take a little more than 24 hours but If I have any that are past 24 hours I will make a tiny pin hole just above where I see the beak from candling.
I use a little tac and go back and forth In a small area to soften the shell Then I’m able to poke through.
I leave the egg for 24 hours
Most times they will still make the external pip if they are able. If they aren’t able then after 24 hours I will start to open the hole a little to see what’s going on

yes, thanks for your help. I've put some small holes in the eggs and I've started seeing a lot more movement.

Hopefully they external themselves in a bit. At least now you have piece of mind they can get air.
