Hello,
Thanksgiving for my family will be on a Saturday this year, and the turkey we are getting from a local farm is being slaughtered on the 19th. Will it be okay to let the bird rest in the fridge for that week or do I need to make it sooner and find new plans for Saturday the 19th? Thanks in advance
